STRUCTURE
PRIDE Tanzania has a board of directors, which is responsible for overall governance oversight over the programme. The Managing Director, who is the chief executive officer, reports to the board. There are five heads of departments who report to the General Manager. The departments include operations and business development, finance, management information system, human resources management and audit although the latter has direct access to the board of directors. The detailed structure is shown in the chart below.
